Training doesn’t limit itself to a few hours per week. What you do most of the day, IS your training!
So what are you training for? If you are sitting hunched over a computer desk all day? You are training Yourself into a perfect hunchback posture.
If you were sitting on the couch watching TV all day, you are training yourself into an excellent weak low back and tight hips formation.
And one more…. if you are moving forward by shuffling your feet…then you have been shuffling your feet!
So look at the body you have it will tell you what you have been training for. If you don’t like what you have – train differently.
