Parkinson’s diet

After being diagnosed with Parkinson’s Susan asked yourself what you could do to keep the Parkinson symptoms at bay. Many people get tremors, followed by stiffness, slowness of movement, and coordination and loss of balance. There are many things you CAN do, and one of them is following a dopamine boosting diet. Making this delicious tea, helps boost dopamine, is refreshing and hydrating. Steep 2 Black Tea bags and 2 Green tea bags in 4 cups of hot water. You can chill it in the refridgerator and sip on it all day.

Delicious!
